Balloon Retrieve Ground Crew

With ballooning being a seasonal activity we often require part-time ground crew for hot air balloon flights for all our launch sites in the UK. Majority of our flights are from locations in Surrey, Sussex Hampshire & Kent. We look to recruit mainly in April and May time however we will consider applications throughout the year.
The only requirements are that all applicants must be competent with a 4 x 4, be able to drive and manoeuvre a trailer, be a minimum age of 25 and most importantly enjoy meeting and interacting with new people.

Sales Admin Staff

At Hot Airlines Ballooning we offer champagne hot air balloon flights across the UK. Located in a busy rural office to the south of Guildford, you will be part of a small team of staff dealing with all the administrative tasks associated with running a ballooning operation.

Job Specification

• Answering telephone
• Responding to e-mails
• Processing enquiries and bookings
  
• Flight reservations and flight building
  
• Associated filing
  
• Processing post flight paperwork and photographs

Personal Specification

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Confident telephone manner.
  
• A proficiency in the use of computers and databases.
  
• Previous experience in sales and/or customer services role.
  
• Reasonable geographical knowledge.
